I never went into the building seeing as I have no business being in there. The building is a very cool sight though and the red brick really makes it pop in the distance. Has a letter box right outside the front door. Would be cool to see the city from the top. Not much parking around the place though.
Expensive as always, taxes, need to make appointment prior, will need to be patient. They r learning the processes all over again. Walk in on Park street side. There is someone there to meet u to verify appointment.
It seemed slower than ever, due to covic19. The clerk who helped me was very upbeat and pleasant. Parking was a problem because of dedicated parking spaces for employees. Ended up parking in a 15 minute parking space. I didn’t receive a tick even after almost one hour. 👍 …
Being a business owner in this city is horrible. This city is a welfare city. It has alot of crime. City officials are very rude and on care about giving people and businesses alot of grief. If people want to come here they shouldn’t it will be the worse move you make in your lifetime.

Lewiston, Maine City Hall Hours were changed on July 1, 2014 to 8:30am-4:00pm Monday thru Friday.
Clerk was very friendly. In and out quickly.
Expensive. These crooks will tax everything in site and show no mercy.

The day and time i went there was almost no wait and the clerks were fast to get me what i needed.
Would get more enjoyment using my hard earned cash as toilet paper. Fees upon fees and even a few for using a debit card.
Treasurers office was amazing. Registered my car quickly. Wait was less than 10 minutes

Slightly crowded during peak hours. 30 minutes or so standing in line with 90 % wearing masks.

Some workers are hard to deal with, but some in the license department are very helpful
