Poor customer service! From past reviews it doesn’t look like this is usually an issue but when someone isn’t from the area and inquires about service, you don’t have to be rude and act like I should already know or that it’s a bother to you to answer a question. Period.
Came and cut my water off at 11:01 am after I have a 0 balance and went and paid my bill in full at 8:41 am. Then peoceed to tell me they have all day to cut it back on, lack of effort or communication on their end but its mt fault! Sad!
