They keep telling me I have a leak and I’ve had it checked out and they keep trying to charge me $400 for my water bill and if I don’t pay it they will disconnect my water with me having an almost 4 month old baby
Water leaking since last Wednesday, no water pressure, called said work order in. But don’t know when they will repair, u can see the leak, but they have to wait, well the wait is on me.
Too many water outages, poor water pressure and poor after hours service. The City does not effectively communicate to the public regarding service issues. Poor after hours phone, email and website platforms for customers to get updated …
Far too many water issues. No communication with residents for boil water advisories that I can find.
City Facebook page when I click on it to look tells me I don’t have permission …
Zero water pressure yet again. When we do have water it is often yellow or brown. Why is the city spending so much $$$ on roads when we have such horrible water problems?
