Staff is unfriendly and not helpful. Switched addresses in person and got everything set up, but apparently they couldn’t tell me that my billing information from previous address wouldn’t be transferred to the new address and now dealing with a past due bill.
Came in to set up our water.. the lady was not friendly at all and acted like we were an inconvenience when we asked questions. Not a great first impression for new residents of Waukee.
Both times I have been in the staff is rude, interrupting when I speak and act as if changing addresses, paying bills in office and asking questions are an inconvenience. Also payments can only be made by cash or check, no cards. Online pay is a fee. Disappointing as we love living in Waukee. Hopefully things will change.
