Pathetic company service such as when I called to pay my bill over the phone no one answered during business hours and after leaving a message no one returned the call, finally I called back and someone answered …they have no web presence, no system to make it easy for customers to communicate or pay a bill.
This is indeed pathetic customer service. The person who answered the phone was already blaming for for something before she ever let me say why I was calling and when I tried to tell her she repeatedly called me out as being rude. Wish we had some options here. And no online service?? 18th century for sure.
As far as the garbage service… yes- I’m guessing it is often considered a thankless job, that being said for the most part they seem to have the garbage removal figured out; the online bill pay… not so much-
They NEVER answer their phones and you can call countless times and they don’t call back either. I don’t know how they can run a business when they never communicate with their customers or future customers. It’s like a ghost business. Ridiculous and unprofessional.
My mother has had Clackamas Garbage for over 50 years. Recently we have had such a difficult time dealing with the office that if there was an option for service we would have taken it.
I have never dealt with a utility company that is so unorganized. They never answer the phone at the office and when you leave a message they don’t call back. This is the 4th time I’ve called throughout my 2 years of service and I’ve had to place multipul calls and left messages with no reply. If you have a choice don’t choose them.
This company is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. The customer service is terrible, I was told they only have one person answering the phones. The rep was condescending and rude. must not want the city to renew their contract. That’s why when that time comes we need to complain about this company to the city!!
Worst company ever. Double charged me for my bill and could never get ahold of them to fix this problem. Called close to 20 times in 2 days and left numerous voicemails never to be returned. Had to go through my bank to get the issue resolved which was just a hassle. Terrible company but it’s not like there’s an alternative.

Terrible service when you call. Lady instantly blames you. This is assuming they even answer or return your call, which is unlikely. Frequently missed pickups and won’t come back or refund. Will be filing a police report for theft of monthly fees next.
I’ve never had any issues with my garbage service. They recently came out with a new payment system which is nice. They also offer a service if you miss your garbage pickup for a small fee.

Scheduled a dropbox delivery two weeks prior to date of drop. On scheduled day, they NEVER SHOWED UP. I spoke with their office person at 10:15 a.m morning of, and was told they would arrive within 1.5 hrs. Never showed up.
