I tried to contact my doctor. I couldn’t get past leaving messages through their call center. The woman who took the message flat out told me there was no guarantee I would get a call back. So far, next day no call back. I’m so frustrated with this practice. It has gone so far downhill. Patients no longer matter IMO.
