I am very satisfied with the installation of my gas fire logs and the professionalism of the technicians who came to my home. They got the job done timely and it looks very neat.
The office staff and tech guys did a great job in getting a propane fireplace going in my house. The unit was there when I moved in a year ago and they came out to inspect it and got it up and running.
This was probably the worst experience with a gas company that I have ever experienced. After 6 appointments/ cancellations on their end, my mother finally got her propane tank installed. The worst part is, they never even called to say they couldn’t make it or that they needed to reschedule.

I called the company and they did tell me they were behind (very rarely is a company honest about something like that) but they were getting drivers to come in from other areas. with in 2 days I had my propane delivered! Glad to see a company who is 1) honest and 2) meets the demand when needed!
