Staff is friendly and helpful. Care is excellent, both as in-patient and as out-patient. Easy access to registration, labs, imaging–all near front entrance.
The front seen to know nothing, can’t help give you ice if you for some. Don’t go here only if it’s definitely emergency.
As I write this I’ve watched 2 staff members standing and chatting in the emergency room. I don’t know if there’s some rule that lets hospital staff stand around and chit chat but it shows the lack of professionalism here.

My wife Sara copeland is a loyal, dedicated care taker who takes her role as the EEG department lead as if she had ownership in the hospital group. The past 12 years this woman takes care of her clients with passion, love and care. I’m so proud to call her my wife but also the team she works with. They are the best.
The staff in the ER are very poor. They literally kicked my mom, sister and brother out of the hospital. Removing my brothers iv’s in the entry way as he was passing out and the auto doors were closing on my sister. Something out of a horror story.
my nurse kali was very helpful and when i asked questions and stuff i wasn’t comfortable with she wouldn’t do unless i was 100% comfortable and she even asked how i wanted everything done!! love this nurse!!
It used to be a very good hospital but apparently it has very declined a lot. Yes I have to start going across the bridge to find a decent hospital. Really sad when they have some very fine doctors and nurses at work there but manage so terribly
Was there for an Emergency procedure. Not given my BP meds and was in stroke zone when taken to OR hours later. Only 1 nurse and a couple aids knew what they were doing and cared. Vents falling down in OR PREP, WALLPAPER PEELING, MOLD IN BATHROOM.
Sat for 4 hours in registration area. Ending up leaving due to the wait! Not to mention the crackheads coming in off the streets talking crazy and singing in the waiting area. Hospital used to be good, not anymore!

People liked to tell me horror stories of delivering at this hospital but the actual experience was better than I could’ve hoped for. Everyone was great in L&D and the nurse Penny was so sweet and kind and great at putting this momma-to-be at ease. Very clean, smooth experience. Wonderful nurses and doctors in maternity ward.

Apparently the hospital wants family members to be as miserable as possible and freeze while they wait and worry in the second floor surgery waiting room. I am wearing my winter coat! They turned the heat off around 11:30 in the morning ithas gotten progressively colder.
Dr.perez and staff did a great job on my epidural of my back. The pain I had has gone. I highly recommend them to all.

Waiting 6 hrs in ER. Very poor and unhelpful front desk. Rude answering questions and not able to help about following up on how long will be called and be seen by nurse or doctor. If someone came and in pain , they just do nothing.
