When you live in a rural area where there is hardly no electric companies. There is no competitive parties you get what you get and you deal with it. Just like dish if the wind blows hard enough it doesn’t work.

Been with claverack for 50 years, they are one of the few organizations (co-op) that I have always felt good about. Rates have never put me in the poorhouse and have always responded to any of my service needs. Say that about your health insurance company or the government.
Never fails when I have power outage the linemen show up and get me power . Pay by phone is easy. Kudos to all that work for this company nothing but positive help that I appreciate thanks again
We live in Noxen, and our power is constantly out. Unreliable service, especially when my next door neighbors have a different power company and rarely ever lose power. Customer service has always been good, but serious line updates are needed because every little rain shower or puff of wind causes an outage.

Overall absolutely terrible service. When it’s in it’s all good. But take today, for example. It’s sunny, not a cloud in the sky. Electric went out an hour ago and all phone lines are busy. When is my electric going on? Who am I? Why am I here? Yeah, I need a generator until I can move.

Claverack is the WORST company and I have had most of them. Co-op’s are garbage and we ALL know it.!!!!!!
