Another small business with copied comcast hardware at half the speed and twice the price, whats worse with comcast now in the area, they refuse to allow us to switch.

The channel lineup is amazingly poor. If we had another option we’d switch in a heartbeat. Even with the “sports” package or whatever they call it, there is no MLB or NFL network. Not to mention no TruTv to watch some of the March Madness games.
I do not like the new way to see movies on any device. This is not convenient. I liked it the way it was with “on demand”. Now I have to be suspicious with every new item because they are going to charge you money for the services.
I had a modem issue. Internet was wonky and my cable reception was poor at times with the picture fracturing due to weak signal. Kenny came out today and worked over my system. A new modem was installed and he checked all the wiring and …
They have good Customer service But for some reason they cannot fix my Internet. My Internet is really slow sometimes. There is times when it doesn’t work. Their technician came out three times and says everything is fine every time.
