Everyone I’ve spoken to on the phone seems nice, but I was mislead on the timeline to get internet access or things were not communicated clearly. When I first signed up, I was told probably a week but possibly 2 to get internet service. I am sitting here just before the end of week 2 and am told it’ll be another week or two.
