This urgent care is the worst urgent care in Clermont. Service at front desk is worse than CareSpot and that’s saying something. DO NOT USE! Dr. Ferguson is NEVER present, but staff will say she’ll be there tomorrow always. They definitely go by script.

I am very pleased with Clermont Urgent Care, I went in with symptoms of a stroke, the staff acted with urgency and care for my situation. Very professional and friendly, doctors were coming very frequently to check on me and kept us informed of every test results and procedures. So glad I went there.
Every person in this place is so nice! The receptionist/intake, the tech/nurse, and the doctor. I’ve never had a 10/10 experience with an urgent care but this was great. I don’t want to say I’ll be back because it’s urgent care, but if I ever have to, this will be the place.
