Cleveland Area Hospital is a community-owned Critical Access Hospital, serving the rural area approximately half an hour west of Tulsa, Oklahoma. We are proud to be an independent, self-managed, non-profit healthcare system governed by a board of trustees comprised of local community members. As the only hospital in Pawnee county, we are constantly striving to provide the highest level of care by growing and updating our services and equipment. I HAVE BEEN HERE A FEW TIMES; NEVER PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. THIS LAST TIME THE DOCTOR DID NOT EVEN DO A PHYSICAL EXAM, TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG, AND THAT IT MUST OF BEEN SOMETHING I ATE.

It was the worst experience ever. Wrote me the wrong prescription
Worst place to work. So unsanitary, they use the shower heads to wash bedside commodes out and their idea of sanitizing is using some wipes. Will cancel contract as well. Nurses are prejudice and will look up patients in ER on Facebook and talk behind their back. Most toxic contract.

Amber was fantastic. Recovering from a stroke Amber gave useful feed back on ways to help me with memorization. She gave me great suggestions to help with my reading comprehension. We are now working on my math skills now.
