  2. Terrible customer service. A thick air of apathy will smack you in the face upon entering this facility. When you monopolize an industry, you don’t have to care.

  5. They have been very good to me and my family..anytime I had a problem or a sistuation where I was going to be a couple days late on my bill all I had to do was call and explain..they are understanding and helpful..as long as you call them ahead of time..

  11. The people at the office are horrible however I have spoken to a driver or two that was friendly. I can recall several situations to where I had to deal with the office which none of them turned out in my favor. They know you can’t do without electricity so they do what they want.

  20. No deposit required because we have good credit. When we entered a routing number wrong on our online payment and it was declined, we went in and they quickly processed it without any fees or rudeness. So far so good.

  23. No after hours customer service or electronic power outage reporting system. The phone line to report an outage just gives a busy signal. Should invest in something like their Facebook page or some type of communication to let customers know that they are aware of the outage and an expected resolution time.

We called to report the outage and they were very friendly even though they had quite a few outages going on and I’m sure a lot of calls concerning them.
