How someone going to be having negative results for their probation then two days later be positive for CLR results. Now I have to dispute this claim by paying $150.00 just so I can get the job I applied for. I am definitely going to dispute and I better have a full report on the test.

Ordered a home PCR test. Followed all instructions to the exact letter. Test resulted as indeterminate. Total waste of the money as no ability to explain issues with test or additional testing offered without purchasing another test.
This place is a complete joke. Please go elsewhere for services. If you’re frustrated & unsatisfied with the services, just imagine what it’s like working for them. Would not recommend on any level for any reason.

This lab is incompetent! A sample from our applicant arrived over 2 weeks ago and still no results. We contacted the lab and no one gives us a straightforward answer. Meanwhile, we can’t conduct our business due to not having the needed test results.
