So expensivd
Courteous , efficient
A descent and trustworthy company
Great place. Love my service.
Annoying how they won’t accept debit cards and ONLY cash…
Very efficient people and are willing to help you
Highly recommended great staff awesome thank you
There not helpful, and they dont care about there customer’s
.
Great people to give money for electricity. No problems at all.
No respect for customers, very rude and will not work with you anything. Just out for your money.
Rude workers. Horrible experience every time I go there.
Absolutly hate this company always killing my power after messing up my payments all the people employed there must be the dumbest individuals that have ever walked this earth someone there needs to do their job
Most dishonest company I have ever had to deal with. Wish there was competition but someone has to line their pockets.
Their bank draft and online payments are terrible and when you call them and try to talk to them you get the feeling you are a criminal and you’ve done something wrong when you haven’t.
Power went out due to a downed tree. CUB had us back up within 2 hours and the guys cleaned up the road before they left.
Their flex pay is a rip off I’ve paid over 700 in two months in usage as they say an its just me an my son…I owe a bill an 30% of what I pay on flex pay goes on my bill my old bill was 749 an since August its went down to 640..an i pay …
I have a prepaid account and love the service but the quality of service is meehhhh. Don’t have a death in the family or emergency bc ur on ur own
No information on when water will be back
This is the worst utility company I’ve ever dealt with, they don’t respect there customers, there is no communication and they screen phone calls to avoid complaints. If there was another option I would definitely go with it. Sadly there is not.
CUB could care less about their customers land and property values.
If CUB decides to cut your property up and install lines and poles, then they will do it with or without your permission. A complete power grab!!
They have the best line crew!I have lived here over a decade. The power has never been off long due to wrecks, storms, ice. Never had to worry about loosing food in the fridge/freezer.Great Job Guys!!!
CSR was very rude and not helpful. I’ve never seen such a level of disrespect. I’m not sure what’s happening in her life that makes her so ugly toward people but she might want to consider a career change. Maybe at the Zoo feeding bears.
$1220.53 to upgrade my existing water service when several of my neighbors have never had this service performed in all the years they have had water service seems unfair. Not being able to make payments on this before they will even do the work or turn my water on seems extremely unfair.
Was required to put down a huge deposit initially 350.00 and was told after 1 year of no late pmts i would recieve my full deposit back, total lie they only refunded a fraction and I own my home so I’ll never see it,smdh
They give you a week and a half in between bills. Its happened several times to me. They blame the billing company as if they fixed everything from happening. Its like a ponzi scheme for extra money. We need more competition around here. Half the folks stuck with this service get paid bi-monthly.
Love flex pay. They do act like a jerk sometimes when you just call to check your bill but grumpy people shouldn’t bother you, kinda feel bad for them, life must suck or something. Most the ladies are cool though and my bill has been …
I called because my power usage had doubled since my last statement. Nobody has been living there during that time and the only thing plugged in is refrigerator and freezer. No air conditioning running!!! When I ask the useless excuse for a …
It’s not like we have any choice in choosing electric companies, but at least this CUB makes things pleasant. I applied to the pre-pay system because it is more affordable than receiving a monthly bill. I never had to pay my own electric …
The people that work at cub office are very nice and helpful. The flex pay at cub really helps people that are in a bind and don’t have the money for a big deposit. I don’t know what I would do with out flex pay. Thank you cub
They didn’t notify anyone of the power being off all day came home from work to a truck blocking my driveway some young guy with a aditude because I wanted in my driveway (there’s nowhere else to park) they broke my gate so they could come …
Never had a problem with their rates, only their billing department. They bill entirely too fast. They are eager to give you your next bill even before you have had time to open the envelope on the first one. Like Seriously I incur more …
My service was cut off. I called to make a payment arrangement. After being disconnected over 10 times, I was told $25 would restore my service. After making the $25 payment, my power wasn’t restored. I called and spoke with Brittany, who …
I disagree with half the comments here. I have called a few times with issues regarding my bill, like not getting one for example. They have never been rude, and always helpful. I had an incident a while back where someone else who was …
Shout out to the 4th graders on call today. You came out to Andersonville to remove a tree from the power lines and left it laying in my driveway. I was sick as a dog needing to leave due to illness (meds, perhaps a hospital) and couldn’t …
This place is run by a bunch of soulless, godless, inhuman tyrants who care nothing for their customers all they care about is making money and screwing over everyone they can as much as I possibly can.
They have excellent customer service and bills are incredibly low in comparison to my previous providers. I have a 3000 sqft home and never have had a bill over $300. More times than not it’s under $200. Much cheaper than what I was paying …
CUB replaced the electric poles on our street several months ago, leaving the old poles in place. Arriving home this weekend, the lines from the poles to our home were drooping barely 5 feet over our front steps. CUB had been on Maple …
Power went out due to a downed tree at 3 o’clock in the morning. We called and reported it as soon as it happened. The tree snapped the pole and broke the power lines and the transformer is laying on the ground. We called multiple times to …
I would give them a zero if I could. How about a discount when your electricity is out and you have to wait 5hrs plus for it to be fixed.
My utilities for a single wide trailer is running 20/day=$140/week=$560/month. Ridiculous! And tells me nothings wrong
I had a 5 bedroom 100 year old house with original windows and 10 ft ceilings in …
After spending a winter with my heat turned down because of the outlandish prices I had to pay last year, I was astonished that my bill more than doubled! I asked CUB what happened. Was this a mistake? Was my water line broken? What was …
No credit for intentionally cutting power due to “rolling black out” and they still charge an archaic “convenience fee” for using a credit card.
Great place for utility services, especially electrical not because their rates are cheap but because if it sprinkles outside you can pretty guarantee you aren’t going to have power for the next 5-12 hours. Huge lack of power line …
Single wide trailer, all lights stay off threw the day only home at night lights running 320 a month. Turned my power off for a month still got a 300$ light bill. Go soler
