This company is absolutely horrible. I’ve been working w a manager that’s been trying to fix this issue for me but their “systems” won’t let him refund me. I have an old meter, they charge me every month to come out, they never show up so …
Going into the third week. Paying appliance play monthly. Refrigerator out on Jul 3. Tech out and ordered part. Unable to calculate time on phone. Buying ice daily. Jul 20 and no part, no date, no calls.
