Terrible. Have had 4 appointments within past month and a half. Ordered my contacts two months ago still don’t have them. Makes up a new problem every time I go just to charge another co pay. Awful customer service.
Had LASIK done 7+ years ago and it is the gift that keeps on giving. I highly recommend CNY Eye Care and Dr. Weisenthal. The cost is high (hopefully will keep coming down in the future) but if you can make it work I promise you will not be disappointed.
Very friendly staff and clean offices. Did not feel like they took my vision concerns seriously. After repeat (imo expensive) visits I am still having the same issues with only a better fitting lens. Not a great value.
