Denver Downtown and Lakewood Express need to get their own busses. I don’t appreciate paying a fare and riding for 45 minutes to Black Hawk standing up holding on to the rail.
Anytime the bus breaks down or a driver calls in, instead of sending a back up bus they cram 2 pick ups worth of people on one bus. People have to stand the whole way down. When you call and ask them they tell you the bus is running late so you wait outside in the cold for an hour instead of them telling you itll be the next pick up.
