Its ok, they dont have any perks, non chip cards, cant make deposits at ATM in eureka right now, cant lock card remotly, no savings for in store buying, no android OR samsung pay support. Pretty much the most local bank you can imagine
This credit union’s Visa debit cards are useless for online purchases. This is a card you get if you ONLY shop around town.
Also, why no walk up ATM’s? I feel like I am in the 1980’s when I am inside this business.
This is a great credit union. The support the community and they will work with you to get a good rate on a car loan or get help with a small business. I have had a great experience with these guys, even when I was having trouble financial. They really care about their customers. Thanks CCCU!
Not BBB accredited. Conflicting information, excessive fees, bounced my mortgage payment but paid for fraudulent activity on my account instead. No alerts for suspicious, fraudulent charges. Right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing. Shady.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Trevor Whitter in Loan department cannot take responsibility for poor customer service coming from Trevor and chooses to hang up on Customer when customer is the one effected by the incorrect finacial mistake the company made. I have esscalted to Managers of Loan department and Member Servies.

Best bank in Humboldt. I’ve been a member since 1999 and the service has been perfect. Also, I refuse to put my money into corporate banks… Evil!
