My family has been banking here since 1973. We trust and feel safe doing business with them. I live in houston but will drive all the way to Galveston Church St. Lobby to do transactions cause of the cozy feel of the place.
They need to have more than one person at the window at the Drive Thru your wait time could be anywhere between 15 to 45 mins long before you are waited on and then another 15 mins just to get your money they need to reopen the lobby for people to get Money Orders and everything

It’s hard to even give 1 star. Horrible customer service, they dont call you back within a day even if your card is compromised. They are extremely rude and do not care about you or your money which is a problem.
Never had a bad experience with Costal. Purchased a truck thru their financing. Only thing now, dropped off my taxes 3 weeks before virus started, and still to date they are not done. Otherwise never had a issue. Very helpful.
