Great service and staff
Top notch service. They even come down our driveway to pick up the cans. Which is amazing because I used to always forget to put mine out.
No problems with their service, but they do not answer their phones nor return messages if you have a simple billing inquiry or request.
Very nice people but they are very bad with answering the phone or returning phone calls. I got charged .93 for a late fee due to them not answering or returning my voicemail call. Not a big charge but shouldn’t have a fee for something that I had no control over.
