Received a false positive and missed my vacation with my family. I tested negative the next day using a different lab and then received another negative test using a third lab. I don’t have confidence in Cole’s lab practices. I believe there was cross-contamination.
So kind and accommodating. Had to get tested and they were so patient with me and testing anxiety and also so quick and efficient. They still treated me like a human even though I was sick.
Every point of contact was so good here, including the website, the reception staff when I called to reschedule, and the employee who collected my test sample! Plus, I got my results in about 12 hours.
