The office staff is the best, never have a problem getting same day appointments, never wait longer than 5-10 min to get called back, they have a waiting room for sick children and one for healthy, they are good about call backs and follow ups. Dr Faulkner is so great, I wouldn’t take my daughter any where else!

I have left three voicemail messages on the nurse’s line, an email through my patient portal, and actually spoke to two front desk employees in the past week. This doctor’s office goes above and beyond any medical practice I’ve ever been to, to treat patients politely and with professionalism, as well as being kind and compassionate. They go out of their way to be respectful and make their small patients feel safe and secure as possible. We love Dr Hogue!
