The billing department can not get it together. As much problems as they have you think they will overhaul the billing department. If your looking for a doctor go somewhere else because the billing department will make your experience a nightmare.
Useless. Sat in exam room for over an hour while nurses outside were laughing & cutting up. Wife fell & broke shoulder took 3 days to see DR. Go somewhere else.
Billing department is terrible. Never available, never charge insurance correctly the first time. A total pain. Honestly, whoever is in charge of billing should be terminated. I know that is harsh, but it is terrible.
