When billing, they coded my appointment incorrectly and had to pay a balance. I spoke with their billing department and they sent it to collections. Very unprofessional and dissapointed with this business.
Only had an evaluation but the entire process from start to finish went very well and everyone was professional and courteous. No waiting past apt time, which is always nice. Thank you.
Make sure you ask for your glasses prescription before you leave the office. It’s not an automatic that Dr. Lee provides one, even if he completed your annual exam and billed your insurance company. It’s ridiculous!

Be sure to get ALL charges in writing before, during and after any surgeries they are to do. I have been sent billings that were “SUPPOSED” to be included in original costs! Since I am self pay and on a very limited set income, these SURPRIZE charges BLINDSIDED me! NOT VERY GOOD BOOK KEEPING Practices.
The staff are incompetent & poorly trained. Dr. Lee is great but he needs a good office manager to whip this office into shape. We have waited over an hour to be seen. This is ridiculous!
