THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED. THEY HAVE OVER BILLED ME NOT TO MENTION CONTINUED TO BILL ME FOR 4 MONTHS ON A VEHICLE I SOLD AND ASKED THEM TO REMOVE. I WAS REAR ENDED BY ANOTHER DRIVE AND COLORADO FARM BUREAU DID NOTHING TO HELP ME. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Bad claims service. Acted like I was somehow taking advantage of them when I had to make a homeowners claim for major hail damage. Sorry but I pay you 3000.00 a year in case this happens. If you don’t want to cover what’s in writing get out of the business.
