  1. Horrible Customer service! They can not even look up your account with your account number. Call for a repair person, tell them to call in advance to make sure someone is there and they don’t. A week after the service call is placed they still haven’t shown up.

I have the internet only, which works well enough, when it is working, I get intermittent drops and packet loss, very unstable, I game so when I get dropped from games and lag, it is very evident.
