I was only disappointed with the length of time it took this visit to be seen. With far less visitations I would guess during the time of this coronavirus, I had to wait in the waiting room, and then again, in the viewing room. The previous couple of times, I was seen right away.

Call them to schedule an appointment and I asked the person who answered if they took my insurance, she said “you’d have to call your insurance to ask that”. I was only disappointed with the length of time it took this visit to be seen. With far less visitations I would guess during the time of this coronavirus, I had to wait in the waiting room, and then again, in the viewing room. The previous couple of times, I was seen right away.

I waited for about 1/2 hour to be seen for my appointment. I felt this was a little too long. When seen, I got wonderful treatment from the physician. I would have given it a 5 except for the wait time.
