My experience has always been prompt service and very little time waiting on the phone. It’s so easy to ask for extra trash pick up when you need it. I wish AT&T was even a 10th as efficient as MDRR.

I’m surprised on the reviews. Lived in Concord six years I just sold my house I’ve never once had a problem every time I called for extra trash pick up or now to cancel my account everybody has been extremely pleasant.
I Miss Waste Management. Got a Quote fot $1440 Up Front for 10yard bin to fill with dirt, mulch and bit of concrete & they will credit after they pick up. I’m not comfortable with giving anybody that much money up front on a rental. Dazed&Confused with this SetUp.

I wish they mail or tape instructions for new home owners before they cut your service without a warning… pretty good on phone and easy to set up. But it was really painful to set up service online… so just call them.
Horrible customer service. The representative hung up on me after being on hold for 30mins.
