Been stood up on several service calls and get answering machine most of the time when I call
Very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable crew.
I have found the staff to very responsive but not very good at solving problems in a timely manner.
Props for Conifer, for staying up when AT&T has been down all day!
Cody&Josh were great-explained everything during installation.
Conifer staff are very responsive and they offer a great service for the price.
The signal is weak. I honestly hate how internet companies work, so non of them deserve 5 stars.
We had some trouble with our connection. They came out to fix it. working great now.
Great customer service! They have a variety of plans to suit your needs.
What can I say, hmm. Bunch of reckless frat bois, no idea what they’re doing. Just kidding if you live in a area where these guys can cover you, get them and I’ll probably be the one setting up your internet.
If you can see one of their towers, it’s the best and most reasonably priced service in a very poorly served area.
Excellent customer service, amazingly friendly and professional employees, and a stable Internet connection that always speed tests at the advertised speed. Love these guys.
Best service in the rural areas. Customer service is the best anywhere!
I don’t get the negativity? Wondering what the f motivations are?
I had internet service for a year then I moved out of state and closed my account they have been charging me recently on and off I keep telling them I don’t live there anymore yet they keep reopening my account it’s totally screwing up my …
Super happy with the service. I’ve had them for a while now and still happy. The guys that hooked everything up were awesome and super helpful.
Conifer has frequent unannounced outages with zero compensation or reimbursement. Internet speeds are almost always inconsistent. Their packages are expensive! Its all we have out here.
I pay $70 a month and my download speed is between 27kbs to 1.8Mbs, about the speed of old dial up.
We have multiple accounts with Conifer. They have always been spot on, responsive and easy to work with.
We waited 5 weeks before they told us that the service cannot be provided. Wasted our valuable 5 week times. They never pick up the phone-highly unprofessional.
Can’t wait for starlink to come out so this company can go under. The internet is consistently horrible and has been for over 8 years now.
Company is very undependable and over promises and under delivers. Horrible service and out right deception in giving you a bunch of excuses with frequent interruptions. They have basically over sold their bandwidth. They won’t pick up …
Good speed for the money, in this area, and few outages. We had the local cable internet before and it would go down constantly. Conifer wireless is much better. Remember, you are in the mountains so its not your way right away big city style. We are lucky we have any internet up here.
I am tired of the slow speed and will soon cancel my Service. Every time I check it on 4 different speed tests I get .16 to .21mbps not even 1. I pay $70 a month and should get at least 4mbps.
Been waiting over a month for service to be hooked up they have showed up twice once to tell me they don’t work in the rain and again to tell me the tower was hit by lightning. I have spoken to people that have been hooked up while I have …
I currently don’t have service with Conifer due to the fact that I’m in a location that is served by AT&T and Comcast. I had just moved and didn’t have prior internet service. So called a local office and asked about service. The woman I …
They have improved upon communication to their customers, although not only their office, but their service organization works from 9AM to 4PM daily. Last night my internet went down at 10:30PM and didn’t come back up until this morning at …
Be prepared to take several days off work as this company sends it’s installers out without the tools needed to properly install the equipment. You have to make a second appointment and risk being charged for them to do their job correctly. …
While we did have some confusion on initial set up/installation, I’m happy with the service. …
This company is not very well run, they are suing an 80 year old man because he allowed ATT to build a tower on his property, we need the communications, no consideration for the community, just all for them. They could have still built …
I’ve had conifer for almost a year…it by far has been the worst internet connection I’ve ever been charged for. Starting from day one there was damage done to my place on install and the stated speed were never consistant. At the high …
A lot of back and forth and after a few months still no internet. Ridiculous requirements for even having a technical come to your house due to Covid. The world functions with masks and social distancing, but if you attempt to make contact …
I’ve had this internet service for a couple of years now. I personally would not recommend this internet if you are a gamer and a heavy internet user, as the prices are pretty steep for what you get. I pay $69 a month but I get very slow …
Fantastic service and internet. They make it possible to have services, where only satellite could reach.
They are on top of things real fast. I really like this company. Highly recommend them.
Excellent service – the best I’ve ever received from an ISP. They always pick up the phone, and can change your speed tier on minutes’ notice. Only downside is their rural nature and not being able to increase our upload speed, which is more a physics issue than a company issue. 5 stars!
Conifer has been our residential and business internet provider since they took over the area in Groveland many year ago. Thier attention to detail and customer service is awesome, even in times of crisis (wildfires, etc.) . As well, I …
The people taking the calls are horrible, plus rough customer service over the phone. Was thinking of moving to the area but will not be getting internet from them and moving to Starlink.
Disappointing company. I’m the homeowner and my tenant Contracted with Conifer ….. to protect my property I insisted on being there during the installation, so that the dish antenna would not be attached to my house walls or roof. …. And …
First of all, I am not a friend of the company trying to up their stars as the last review suggests. I have been a customer from the very beginning. I have had minor issues that the company has fixed with no excuses or complaints. I’ve had …
Duckwall is down now for 3 days, and I’m told it will be down for another 6 days. They “borrowed” a snow machine from a “nice man” and couldn’t get there. So you are telling me you dont have the proper machinery to maintain your systems. Do you have snow shoes?
This is ridiculous!
For in this day and age for anybody trying to get a hold of the utility company or some Bill you have to pay you get a little discouraged because of the long wait times and all the riff Raff you have to go through but not at all with …
Currently have the silver package, speeds should be 40×5, but after monitoring the connection speeds for around a month the only time we really get what we pay for is around 2-5 A.M. If you just watch youtube or check emails and do light …
Customer service is great, internet service not so much. We don’t have any type of gaming or electronics requiring internet, we have one tv, two cell phones (one not in the home often) and a laptop that is hardly used. Internet is extremely …
A company that over promised and under delivered. I have never received the speeds I paid for in my two years with them. Their internet constantly has outages due to them waiting for their equipment to fail before replacing it. Would not recommend, Hughes net would be a better choice than this so called internet provider.
