Didn’t bother to pick up the garbage on the scheduled day. When we called they hung up on us. They are in the garbage business for a reason, they are garbage.
They leave our can half full most of the time, or its tipped over in the way, and numerous times dumped our garbage all over the place in the aly way and don’t bother to pick it up. Like what are you getting paid for? Do the job right.
Neighbor was moving my trash from road and someone at consolidated emptied it as it was empty when I went to .ove it back to the road. Very nice of them.
Needed a dumpster, or dropbox delivered to my dad’s house in Moses Lake. The staff at the Ephrata office was helpful. But there was a 2 week wait to get one delivered. Also they needed me to either drive to Ephrata to fill out paperwork or mail it in. Final nail was they only take cash, check or money order.
Terrible customer service I was on the phone trying to resolve an issue an have a better understanding of the problem when the OFFICE MANAGER with an attitude abruptly ended our call. I will see about taking my business else where maybe to someone who doesn’t get upset with customers when talking about these sorts of things.

I spoke to three different ladies in the scheduling office. All were very rude and not willing to help me out in any way. They were unprofessional and not caring to their customers needs! These county workers think they are doing us a service by coming to.work everyday, when we pay their paychecks!
In May of 2018, Consolidated Disposal Services damaged our neighbor’s mailbox and post as well as our mailbox and post. After numerous calls, someome finally came out to confirm, and said it was their fault. They assured us they would be replacing everything but have yet to do anything about it!

While carrying 3 old tires and a bush in the truck bed, we were not allowed to dispose due to “unsecured load” or be charged a $5 fee. This bush with the tailgate up, was not unsecured. These people are savage. With price increase of $3/ tire, I will figure out how to cut everything up and put it in my trash can.
Rude dispatcher, lazy driver. Refused to pick up the cans because they said they were too close. Any excuse to bill you for no services rendered.
