Still waiting for main line to be hooked up and get rid of temp line that’s strung across our lawn and the neighbors lawn. It’s been months now. Weve called about it and still nothing.
Now they require almost $200.00 deposit for new service even though we were former customers and paid our bills in full. We called Spectrum…no deposit required.
Marlowe and I have had their Internet, TV and phone service for over 8 years and have had excellent customer and technical service every time we needed it, and was not very many. We moved to an area that does not allow for CTC to provide our service and had to use some else. Needless to say, this going to suck.
I have very unreliable internet speeds, competitive gaming the last few days is near impossible, we pay for 30 down and 30 up yet my ping is in the hundreds up to 999 ping. Either they throttle speeds or are incapable of reliable internet …
Less than six months had to cancel TV service, more or less called a liar by customer service, multiple technical calls to no results with TV problems. Internet good, others say no problems but not for me on the TV part. Kept phone and internet though. Very poor customer service.
