  4. This place is a scam. Will cut you off the day after Christmas… Claim a water leak and never received a notice on top of that the bill was covered due to I over pay every 3 months. Whom ever runs this place needs to be fired!

  6. They charge you a fee when you call. IF it even works. They charge you a fee when you pay online. IF that even works as well. And when those options don’t work they charge you a fee to go to the company and pay on their tablet. Ridiculous.

  7. Hate they charge a convenience fee every time I pay on thier website and they don’t have an app I’ve had the service 2 years and it’s been on the high side but no other choice besides a well so it is what it is at least I don’t have issues with the water supply going out

  8. Make sure when you call to cancel your service for move out that you record the date and time you called so they can pull the call record when they inevitably do not cancel your service and still try to charge you two months after you move out.

  9. Very good quality water provider. Extremely quick response when I’ve had issues. They charge a premium for their water but they make up for it in service.

  10. Never had any issues with them whatsoever. The staff is always efficient and friendly when I call in to pay. Not sure of other’s experiences but mine has always been pleasant over the past 2 years that I’ve had them.

  11. I called and Jan answered the phone. We have been in our new place for about a month and I have been searching for the water meter. We have over a half mile of road frontage and I haven’t been able to find it. Jan told me to within 5 feet where it was located. Thanks so much for helping a lost guy out!!!

  12. I love how nice the customer service is that I have come across they are always so polite and make sure whatever need that I have is taken care of. I would love for them to have an app like the electric company to make it even more convenient to pay my bill on line

  13. Oit of all the places I’ve lived, this is the most decent and convenient utility department. Most government run places are terrible, but we pay our bill online and LOVE the summer water discounts!

  14. They are making things difficult. I can’t log into the website now. I thought hmmm maybe I used a different email. Nope. They didnt even notify they did that. I’m getting charged to pay online now and everything. I feel like my smallest bill is trying to find any which way to charge me extra and make my payment late. That is all.

  17. Have never missed a payment yet get constant calls about being disconnected. Customer service staff us extremely rude as well. If there was literally any other option I would gladly pay double or triple the amount monthly to switch.

  18. Our water gets disconnected almost weekly, no warnings, no calls. The water pressure is terrible and when you call to inform them of issues they always respond in the most nonchalant way like it is what it is. Service is awful. I wish I could have a well dug and never have to deal with this company again.
