Constellation has several plans to choose from with really great low rates per therm. My experience with customer service has only been when renewing my contract and so far that’s been excellent.
I haven’t won anything yet but I will not give up hope.
I have had Constellation electricity for 6+ years now and have no problems and they have the lowest rate going. Very happy with their services and will continue as long as their rates beat everyone else.

I am very satisfied with Constellation Energy. I have saved money on my energy bill. I used two other providers in the past and they did not provide the affordable energy. Customer service is great!
So far so good… The service was switch over smoothly and I like the idea of them rewarding me for becoming a customer. It doesn’t get any better than that. I’m waiting to see how the service goes and if all goes well, I’ll be sure to leave another review.
Customer support for this rewards site were very helpful. So far, the site has many useful things to purchase with my rewards points. I’ll keep posting as I make my way through the site.
I ordered on the website and that was easy. Keep in mind it might take 2 days for it to process BUT it was easy!
Constellation was offering the lowest rates when it came tine to renew my energy contract. They are also now offering a rewards program where you earn points and can use those points to get gift cards. There are also daily drawings on their website where you can win gift cards. What’s not to like?!
I like the idea of a rewards program especially since the cost of energy is going up in price. Rewards can help offset that expense to some degree.
Overall they are a good company. I gave them 3 stars because they do not follow through with promotions like a $50 gift card for signing a new year or referral money for getting others to sign up. I have been told on 3 different occasions I would receive something and still have not.
My electrical rates dropped $150 the month we switched over to Constellation. I have also worked at one of their power generation sites in the Boston area. I have always been impressed by their professionalism and dedication to safety– for both their workers and the public.
Excellent service,but I never got my $50 referral credit two years ago. I see that I am not the only one. Bad PR. I will take this in consideration if I renew.

Constellation Energy has been my provider for almost 6 months and they offered a competitive rate and my actual charges are completely in line with my expectations. They are easy to work with and I have had 0 issues since using them. I hope their pricing is competitive so I can use them at the end of my contract period.
