Horrible place to work and same for patient care

During the last two weeks of my mother’s life constellation hospice provided comprehensive supportive services for my mom and our family. The quality of care provided by the team, and in particular the case manager Merideth, was outstanding. I am very grateful to have had their assistance during my mother’s transition.
Nursing, ot, and pt has been great. Home health aid service is terrible. Imagine your 95 year old mother not getting a bath for over 5 days when they are scheduled for 3 days a week. No show and no call. No action taken even after from my calls or calls from their own nursing at pt staff. Not acceptable!
Impossible to get anyone involved with Human Resources on the phone. Someone who subjected me to harassment, threatening messages and misogynist comments about my private life lists Constellation as his employer. Wouldn’t they want to know and avoid placing this PT assistant in anyone’s home?
We used the hospice service and while we were very happy with the nurses, chaplain, and social worker the process of scheduling aids, them showing up for work, and the quality was below deplorable. They were very unprofessional, communication is impossible and they are sorely in need of revamping their organization.
Stay away from this place! They will call DCF on you if your child isnt enrolled in school, disabled and still on diapers and the state requires other laws for disabled children. It wasnt first time using services, this is the first time …
