Horrible business, they charge way too much and laugh in your face because you have no where else to go. They need to be dealt with by “We the People”.
Was having some minor with my electricity. Called Consumer’s. They came right away, were very helpful, and stayed until they fixed everything. Thank you.
I called and spoke with Brenda earlier today and she was SO helpful!!! We had an issue with our connection, but her patience was much appreciated despite my frustration. Thank you Brenda!!!
Day 3 of no power and the number of people without power in my area (2154) has not gone down a single digit.. Are your people even working? Midam got 10k people’s power back up in a day.
One star is too generous. Over charge u if they have to come out, times when its not necessary, and have blackouts and brown outs withno explaination. Customer Service closes at 4:30 started losing power every seven minutes shortly before 4:45.
We’ve had Consumers Energy for 4 years now. Very seldom do we lose electricity. When we do its restored very quickly. They are on top of keeping lines up. We are very pleased with them.
Terrible. Bill is outrageous. Within the past 24 hours we have been experiencing power outages every 6 minutes. Huge inconvenience. Called and they “have no idea why power is going out” get it together consumer energy. If your goal is to be the worst electricity company in Iowa then you take the cake.
Continue to be disappointed with this company. I understand we just had a major storm monday but how can you restore power for 2 hours and then do something else to kill it. This is ridiculous. Again back for 5 min back off. This can easily fry out appliances. Pathetic
