I share the opinion of the previous reviewer. I spoke with a woman (who I was transferred to) who was extremely rude. No reason for such smurky customer service.
Wish we still had columbia in our area since these people took over they price gouge ya and still aren’t up with the times with autopay or online pay, you can’t even to a payment over the phone with these people!! I mean come on seriously …
I cancelled my service almost 3 weeks ago and before I could get gas in my name I had to give them a $350 deposit well no one will return my calls and I still haven’t got my money back which would have been nice to have before the holidays
Awful customer service their tech came out to replace my meter they did not tighten up the unions and I have paid for $600 worth of gas to blow into the atmosphere and when I call them nobody answers the phone they say leave a message but they never call you back if this situation were reversed they would shut my gas off within a week
System is totally outdated no online options to pay your bill. Customer service isn’t the greatest the lady got upset with me just because I asked about online payment options.
They didn’t check my equipment after it was installed and did an annual review a year later. They sent me a letter saying I owed 650 dollars because THERE equipment didn’t read right for a year. I don’t recommend unless you like being …
Customer service is great! had some issues with regulators freezing up below 20F. They came out twice quickly ( once on thanksgiving day!). They are here a third time and are fixing it permanently. Cant say enough about this company. …
If I could give zero stars I would. First of all they are charging people double and triple what other companies charge for natural gas. Second, they have nobody in the office due to “Covid” so you can’t speak to anyone about the ridiculous prices. Stay far away from them!
I’m having the same issues too. I’ve called multiple times and mail box is always full. I also called puco and they have no control of this company and they know it. I will be reaching out to our trustees in our township about this company. If that dose work then going to the news channels to get us some answers!

Litterally the worst. What year is it? Only can pay via check or money order. Never received their “welcome packet” so I’m unable to pay. Then they charge me late fees. If I had any choice at all I’d tell them to screw off and go with litterally any one else. And the only good reviews they have are from their employees
I believe I would pay more to another company if they had a accounting rep that actually provided customer service! Multiple calls and same rude response! There was a time I really liked this company as all the field guys are great, but the office staff has completely ruined that! Job well done!
