Electricity cut out almost everyday in grants. You call to see what is going on and they keep the phone off the hook so they dont have to speak to anyone. Pathetic
Females in New service are very unprofessional, zero integrity. I had to call Gallup office they answered all my questions no attitude just professionalism.

Electric bill is unreal expensive . My dad pays half of what I pay. He has six people in house hold up in Espanola n.m. leave all lights tv and computer on .. me I literally live in dark .. unplugged my appliances. Only home three days a week .. and I pay hundred giver take… Do not understand how??? We both have well water..
Christmas morning and no electricity. As usual, our whole area has no power. I’m tired of calling, it’s sit and wait until they do something. When the bill is due they’re right in your face but when my lights go out they don’t care!

Very unhelpful and rude about getting proof of a physical address, how hard is it to just add a name to a pre-existing account. Can’t be done apparently,if they weren’t the only place around to get power I don’t believe they would be in business if I could rate them lower I would.

I moved here from MN 6 months ago, paying the electric bill through the landlord. I found the reliability of the service excellent, only a few blips down, not for any extended time at all. The cost per month seems very reasonable for a 2 …
Good luck getting ahold of someone during power outages. I was on with their after hours number for nearly 30 minutes and no one answered! Called back during hours, again, no answer. Plus the internet speeds advertised vs what you actually get, are significantly less. Definitely have not had a good experience with this company.
These people are no help and can only transfer you a thousand times.

No problem with the internet at all 10× better then the other provider I had in town

Receptionist was rude and hung up. Maybe Michelle doesn’t have a people person attitude. All I wanted too know my bill.

Called 940 am lights back on at 1045 am on 9/15/22. In the middle of nowhere. Good job.
