Very professional and I was in and out in no time!
As of Jan 28th this hospital kill a baby boy now being bury on Feb 1st. Labor and delivery should be closed down.
Terrible hospital. Slow, rude staff, misdiagnosed my wife and sent and sent her home, had to go back the next day with the same symptoms, they were going to discharge her again when a surgeon they changed shifts and a surgeon heard her in …
All the nurses on the labor and delivery floor have always been so good to me with my first child and now with my second. They all worked so hard to make a stressful experience still an amazing one! I would not have gotten through the …

Best way to describe is its nickname is death valley for a reason
This hospital is nasty the staffs nasty I wouldn’t recommend this hospital to my worse enemy.
Excellent facility with wonderful nurses and amazing doctors!
Used Coosa Valley for years. Great place, great staff, great physicians.
I highly recommend Coosa Valley Medical Center. I could not have asked for better care.
Excellent facility! CVMC has wonderful nurses and doctors!
The doctor was very knowledgeable and the staff was great. I was in and out!!!!
Worst treatment ever at an ER. I ended up with Staff Infection and time in another hospital for recovery.
I was impressed with the professionalism of.the staff. Mainly the young man who took my blood Thanks Zander
Thank you for taking care of me.
While I was there everyone treated me with respect and the care I needed at that time…
June5,2016 my husband was having a massive heart attack they went him to brookwood and saved his life!! Go guys!!
L&D is so nice and caring about their patients!!!
Sorry sorry care tonight Dr. Has bedside manor of a toad… so disappointed. Will call and make a formal co.plainy against that. DR

Dr. Baxt was just rude and arrogant. He’s someone that just won’t listen to you. I’ve never had such and experience.
My dad was pre-admitted by his home doctor, told to report to the ER for admittance, waited 4 hours someone to come downstairs to take him to a room.
Excellent care as part of labor and delivery. Nurses, doctors and staff were all highly professional.
I had some blood taken from here and they put the band to tight around my arm and my arm was turning purple and I couldn’t feel a thing and they started moving the needle around in me wondering why no blood was coming out and when they took the band off my arm hurt so bad and they didn’t do anything about it very bad doctors
Thankful to have such a great facility in Sylacauga. My family owes much gratitude to the Doctor’s and Nurses that work there.
This has to be the worst hospital in the area sitting here at 2:41am and got here an hour ago and no one has even said a word to my wife walked around to ask for blanket and the three nurses just ignore me I understand that you are not …
Will never go back to the e.r again.. They seen everyone else but never came in to check on my child. Then they got smart after seeing me and my husband standing at the door waiting and freezing. Telling us to get back in the room..
Very slow and doctors n nurses hardly come check on you doctor does a quick check over not really looking for what your pain is no one seems to care here place is very old and outdated only hospital close to me the next one is over an hour away…
Not a problem after being released from ER…wonderful staff and treatment on 2 was in room 270 very clean great nurses…great care by my doctors every department I came in contact with fast and clean…food was not bad for hospital food
Most of the nurses are awful. There snobby and have attitudes. This has to be the worst hospital ever. I even caught nurses eating out of patients plates before they get them .
This hospital absolutely sucks i have had to take my son a few times but the last time we went we was sitting in the er with his nose gushing blood and no one else there, we sat and waited so I went and asked how long it was gonna be bc he …
Excellent patient care and great hospitality. The staff members of this hospital will truly go above and beyond just to make sure your satisfied with your stay.
NP Cathy and the Charge Nurse was AMAZING for my husband!! The ER was great and so was the staff! Thanks again for your help!
My husband went through the emergency department for abdominal pain. We had excellent care throughout his diagnosis of appendicitis, surgery, and overnight stay
The post I posted early was Dr.Emily Rauburn if you want to call her a doctor.
Would not recommend at all she has no heart for the work field she is in and when my daughter passed she never said she was sorry or anything and when we went …
Truly blessed to have quality healthcare at home in Sylacauga. I have always had the best of care and customer service as a patient. I feel completely confident in their ability to care for me and my family.
My mother just passed on the covid floor the nurses were wonderful they took really good care of her. And real caring and helpful with the family and the whole process
Had to go for a Mammogram Tuesday. Everyone was very polite and professional.
Treated after an automobile accident. From ER to 2nd floor room, I was treated with professionalism. Room, food, staff were superior. Thank you so much for your services.

Nurses take extremely long time to check on you or even bring water. No empathy to patients. In the hospital .The Emergency room is very good

Horrible e.r. Dr. on staff tonight around 2 a.m. My 20 year old son went in for a forehead puncture wound and told them his head was hurting and he was concerned about a possible concussion. He said the Dr didn’t seem interested and only …
All the staff was amazing and kind to both of us and took great care of us! Made our time there very pleasant!
The E.R. IS HORRIBLE! We waited a hour and a half…my mom was admitted…we were in the back Er section from 5:30 until 1:30 when she finally got a room…Last year my sister was throwing up uncontrollably and they sent her home. I took …
Too much to text. Place is terrible. Let’s just say my mom has to go by ambulance to Er and they bruised up her arm while she was there poking around. Transferred to brookwood didn’t get one bruise from any tears they did on her. Sent …

3 stars because I don’t want every CVMC emergency staff to get categorized with the awful ones. I don’t believe 1 bad apple spoils the whole bunch!! The ones I remember left good impressions N.P. Cathy, Dr. Stanford & Dr.Ike so kind, …
What ever you do never, ever take your child to the ER here. My daughter was tortured by the “doctor” in the ER for over an hour and never even treated the actual condition which is called nurese maids elbow (which by the way we explained …
Poor excuse for hospital! Had I trusted them with their diagnosis for my son at 2 yrs old, not sure he’d be with us today and grown into the 19 year old brilliant very handsome young man who was a 2018 graduate from C’burg High School with …
Always nice to hear the doctor’s talk about making patients wait while you’re waiting with someone in severe pain. Also not the most sanitary place to go, we sat with vomit in the floor beside us for over an hour that came from the person beside us on the other side of the curtain.
This is the nastiest place ever! My husband had to visit the ER and the floors were disgusting! There was blood on the sharps container and what looked like pubic hair on the bp cuff! Our wait time wasn’t bad but its extremely unsanitary. We moved from Birmingham to the area and what a disappointing experience.
My grandma went to the ER last night, and they thought it was a good idea to use a DISPOSABLE blood pressure cuff on her that was visibly soiled with someone’s else’s blood on it. That is absolutely unacceptable and flat out nasty. Why are …
I was taught if you cannot say anything nice don’t say anything at all. However I do understand with the shortage of staff I was blessed to get the care I did and This Hospital did save my life 4 years prior.
My husband and I got our vaccinations today. The hospital was friendly and efficient. The longest we waited was the 15 minutes after the injection.
Horrible Hospital. We visited the ER where there was a total of 3 patients. They were slow and the place was nasty! There was blood on the floor from a previous patient in the room that we were in. They had a hard time finding a pillow and …
Spent 7 days here with Covid 19. Superior care! The nurses, doctors, respiratory therapist, etc. know what they are doing and are so kind under the pressures outside of the norm. Dr. Emily Rehberg must have a handle on this virus. Her …

Great facility! Very caring and attentive staff and clean facility! Much better than Children’s at Birmingham. They treated our one year old so wonderfully! He was very comfortable as was my husband and I! We prefer this hospital for our kids!
Another excellent experience at CVMC. Before, during, and after surgery, the nurses, doctors, administration and staff were excellent. I was quite nervous, especially when a needle was involved. Everyone went out of their way to make me …
If I could give 0 stars I would. My first experience here a few years ago, they told me that I didn’t have a staff infection on my leg(even I knew it was staff). I had to go back a few days later because it got so bad. After they treated …
All of the staff here are wonderful. They anticipate your needs and are so kind even on the busy days! It was a great experience being here for the birth of our first child.
ER staff was very nice and helpful and made my visit 4 months a priority.
I was taken back in a timely manner, seen by the doctor, test performed and my diagnosis explained well. The nursing staff was awesome.
I came into the ER with right arm numbness, dizziness and minor chest pain, and was sent home with nothing but a bill for an EKG and a CT scan. It’s like they ruled out what it wasn’t, but didn’t tell me what was wrong. No one even …
I am a nurse. I know that not getting your pain medicine as quick as you would like or not getting taken back first from the waiting room does not make a poor emergency room. …
Top notch labor and delivery staff and nurses , every one was so calm, helpful , and friendly . absolutely love Dr. Reighburg and each and every staff member of his . Thank you all for the most wonderful experience . I wouldn’t go anywhere else !!
Trying to get an infusion today. It should take 2.5 hr. 2 hr later and we’re still waiting on the pharmacy. It takes 2 minutes to mix. They’ve done two people ahead of me. This is pathetic. Bring me the supplies and I’ll do it myself. They need to hire some people.
Staff and drs are very helpful and friendly. Take good care of you while your there
I have never been one to rave about the ER at Coosa Valley because of my own personal experiences years ago but I can not say enough about how pleased that I am with the care that my son has received. We do not run to the doctor or ER for …

I just went to the Emergency Room due to a 10 day persistent migraine that is due to a brain disease that I have. I brought my MRI discs with me to show PROOF of the diagnosis. 2 discs to be exact, 1 brain scan with contrast the other a …
Facility is clean but old and has not been maintained very well. Employees have all been very nice and seem to take good care of patients. They require mask and temperature checks!
Our entire experience with the ER was exceptional. The nurses took great care of my dad. Dr. Tom was amazing. I wish every doctor took the time to explain things as thoroughly as he did.
Went in for constant abdomen swelling had MRI done waited wasn’t allowed water cause they stated the hospital didn’t have any. Then said I was getting ready for surgery that’s why I couldn’t have ice then said no one told me I was going to …
The ladies in labor and delivery took well care of me. Adrelina did amazing on my blood work.
I gave this hospital a four because of the care from doctor and the CT personnel. The nurse however if rated I give a 3 cause they were so rude and didn’t care what was happening they took their time doing whatever and wen getting blood …
We had a very nice experience with CVMC surgery and labor and delivery. While in the OR, the staff made me feel calm and comfortable. When returning to my room after baby the nurses made sure I had everything I needed. Staff was professional and caring. We had a very pleasurable experience.
Dr. Gill and all the ER nurses/techs were absolutely amazing this morning. I’m beyond thankful for all of them!
Had a wonderful and safe delivery and stay at Coosa Valley Medical Center. Everyone there was nice and always made sure I was helped. Would recommend anyone there.
Everyone in labor and delivery was amazing! They were all very sweet and caring for both me and my baby! Highly recommend!
The worst hospital I have ever been to!! The nurses are full of attitude the Indian doctor they have that’s a female RUDE as heck. The only this hospital cares about is money. They made me leave in the worst conditions and didn’t even care just discharged me without warning
Coosa Valley Medical center is a JOKE! The nurse practitioner is very rude! And the nurse who distributes the medication is also rude! They talk about the patients and their partners! Very unprofessional! Definitely wouldn’t recommend!
They did not care to tend to my sickness. They gave me a few liquids and released me, the doctors and nurses are nasty and short tempered and care not even a bit for the patients. They sent me home SICK , I couldn’t feel my legs , hands , face , hell my whole body. I’m disappointed its a death trap do not go to this hospital
I started writing what happened but it turned into a novel and this is supposed to be a summary lol. Put simply ER check in desk is unprofessional. If you don’t rush or dismiss the patients with a simple clipboard you might actually know …
I am almost seven months pregnant and I apparently have an irritable uterus. So, I have incredibly painful yet non status changing contractions almost constantly. I went to the labor and delivery department and for the first time ever this …
Abbie in Labor and Delivery is amazing. As one of the nurses in this department, she is very attentive to patient needs and was a huge help to me. Everyone at this hospital is kind and caring. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for excellent care.
Voids valley is definitely a death trap! The staff is slow the doctors are incoherent!! They do not care about black people at all! They judge people from the time they walk through the door! If your not white and insured by the best …
Coosa Valley’s Labor and Delivery floor is awesome. Everyone is always so sweet. I could not thank each and every nurse enough for how amazing they are and all the nurses working in the nursery. Thank you all for everything y’all do on a daily basis for each mom and newborn baby.
