I cannot imagine getting better care than I did at this hospital. I was transferred to Tucson and I can tell you that the care was not as good there.
Went into ER very sick left hours later feeling great. Everyone was great and very polite and knowledgeable.
I was in physical therapy for about two weeks. My therapist was Dr. Daniella, and she was wonderful. I left feeling great.
I don’t even know why this place was open IT SUCKS! The wait time as usual is FOREVER!!! Then they bring u in to wait ANOTHER HOUR!! Then they have all these young kids working as RNs and don’t know what their doing…I’m better off driving to Sierra Vista or Tucson!
No transparency in billing/pricing. I was told it was “slightly more” to get blood work done at hospital instead of an independent lab. It cost me $2,200.00 instead of $200.00.

Awful. They are unorganized, no one ever follows up about results, referrals, or appointments, and they don’t notify you about any changes to your physicians. I’ve had 3 different doctors because they all left and no one told me.

If you are dying just keep driving to Sierra vista if you want to have a chance. They don’t listen to what the patient tries to tell them and the medical bills they send you will cripple you whether they actually help you in any way or not.
Came in around 10:30PM. Was admitted quickly and efficiently. Staff was amazing. Glad I drove here from Sierra Vista. I had a CT scan within 20 minutes of arrival and results about 20 minutes after that.

Came here for an on the job injury instead of going to SV hospital. It was a good experience overall. I was there several hours, however I was recieving treatment the majority of the time. I am sure if they are busy it would take longer to get seen, but I was in the back being triaged in 10 minutes.

Most of the staff is very friendly and kind and work hard to make you feel comfortable. I’ve only had a few issues that I’d toss up to bad days for staff interacted with. Arrived at the ER on a weekend , mid day. I was seen quickly . The nurses were knowledgeable and caring. The staff ran all the tests I needed and in less than 10 hours I was on my way to a larger hospital better able to take care of my medical needs.
