The new online portal is absolutely a downgrade. And to not have parents be able to schedule children’s appointments with this app or see information from age 12-17 is absurd. They are still children under their parents household and parents responsibility. How are the parents supposed to get them to the appointments?????

The doctors may be great but the office staff is absolute garbage. I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for two weeks and still can’t ever seem to get a human to respond to me.
Core is worried more about profits not ppl. Ive been out of my meds for 9 days. Blood preasure and chorlesterol meds. My head is pounding for days . But my doctor wants do repeat blood work that was done 3 months ago. Money over ppl. They should be ashamed of themselves.
One again I waited over a month for an appointment and a few day before, they call and reschedule 3 weeks later. Looking to get out of Core asap. I would suggest everyone do the same.
Great place if you already know what ails you. If you have anything that needs testing or diagnoses before they figure it out, possible you might be dead before they give you any real attention.
