When you have problems in your apartment and you call the management they don’t answer the phone and when you leave a message they never call you back.

They are quick with repairs what they are not good with is tracking of payments, updating accounts. Good luck with the accounting dont really know where she got her degree but It need to be reviewed ASAP missing rent arreas and security deposits
They’re irresponsible to can never get to speak to anyone.They take up to 3 weeks to deposit your rent money.And then they’re taking you to court because they haven’t put on your ledger.
They are no good to change my bathroom door is taking like 2 weeks. The super from 2769 does not know what he is doing never follows up on things. I have like a week trying to get my kids room lamp change hasn’t happen. This managing company is bad like really bad.
