They’re wonderful. They did a very thorough exam and showed a lot of kindness when explaining my hearing loss. They are very patient and walked me through all aspects of getting hearing aids and made it as easy as possible. I always feel very welcome walking in their door. Couldn’t be happier.
Very fast, courteous and professional service. The earphones were cleaned and a repair which I thought would take a week was performed, replacing a broken wire. The job was completed within less than an hour, while I sat in a comfortable armchair drinking a great cup of coffee !
