Absolutely terrible. They have 0 customer service and I had only applied through another agent and had not signed anything. I canceled the request and they still charged me a down payment straight from my account and now they wont answer or get back to me.
Trying to get a return call for over 2weeks only recordings answering no return calls. Concerning about my house and car insurance. Don’t you have any people that answer the phone not even customer service
You get what you pay for. They cancelled my policy on 08/30/17 for lack of payment even though they show payment on 08/16/17 , they admitted to their mistake but say they are not issuing policies in my state any longer and to top it off just received a bill for $31.77. I would look elsewhere for insurance, just a suggestion
