Most unprofessional place we have ever done business. The service was terrible and the employees were immature and more interested in socializing then they were in customer service !
Tremendous concern for the patient and great at keeping current with new and improved devices and aids. I was treated professionally and given sound advice above and beyond what was required.
Their policies are ridiculous and the hours are set up for people who dont work not for a typical retail place. They seem to have the skills but the business is run like they dont care at all about the patients with their holding policies on prosthetics for insurance payment. No other prescription or other policy does this.
Cornerstone is a horrible place to do business with. The people there are terribly rude – after 10 minutes of being there I spent the next 20 minutes in tears. Plus they over billed my insurance company and I am reporting them to the appropriate authorities for insurance fraud. Buyer beware when going to them.
I’m active duty military. My health insurance is 100% coverage. If other a bill from them even after talking to them over the phone to give them my insurance information because I had already received one from them. My insurance never saw a claim from them.
I have read all the other reviews and must say that you all must have been in a real sour mood to give Cornerstone such under rated reviews.

Since I have lost my leg, cornerstone has been involved in my life getting back to walking again. Erik has been great!!! Everyone from Dave to the front staff have been great. They make me feel at ease. I hightly recommend Cornerstone for any need they provide.
Cornerstone has had a GREAT impact on my life. They are very friendly and are always willing to work with my needs. I always get in right on time and have never had an issue with insurance. They do great work and I would recommend them to anyone! 🙂

Cornerstone is a wonderful place. They did an amazing job on my Dynamic Brace, they treated me well, and answered every question I had with a smile. If you’re dealing with pain, and looking for a great experience and to get your life back, visit Cornerstone. They went above and beyond.
Super helpful, friendly, and responsive during my initial visit. I’ll update this review if that changes once they make my brace, but based upon this visit I suspect that I’ll be happy with the end result. Recommend.
Dave and the staff have been wonderful with outstanding service. They made a Dynamic brace for my right ankle. I avoided major reconstructive surgery of my ankle and am now hiking and biking again after 2 years. Highly recommended!

Make an appointment before you just walk in and you won’t be disappointed! Staff overly friendly which is great. I went in and was fitted for pregnancy belt after the Amazon ones failed. This one is fantastic and with insurance was only $22. Well worth it. Highly reccomend. Thank you
