Not very nice to talk to on the phone. Husband left message to make appointment and never got a call back. He called the next day and got a B*** S*** excuse as to why they did not call back. Not accommodating, especially for reasons people are making an appointment to be seen. We’ll find somewhere else to go.
I don’t know what I would do without Cornerstone Psychiatric. I was treated professionally with respect and kindness from the day I made my appointment til now which is about 4 years later. I have not one complaint including appointments and rescheduling.
