Nurse practitioner who is despensing medication has no idea about the mental health she’s trying to manage. She refuses to return the calls, etc of my therapist and dispenses terrible advice. Also refuses to help with the C-PTSD I SUFFER from. Avoid Grace at all costs if your case is complicated.
THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY IGNORE FAXES FROM PHARMACY FOR SCRIPT RENEWAL. THEY IGNORE MY CALLS FOR SCRIPT RENEWAL. ALWAYS A BIG HASSLE FOR TO REFILL SCRIPT IVE BEEN ON FOR YEARS
Had to change my review. A year ago I said this place had the friendliest staff. Now I regret to say that’s changed. Most of the staff is gone now and replace by people who treat you horribly without any respect. If nothing improves I’ll be going elsewhere

Great Dr’s, nurses and staff! There’s sometimes a wait but the care I get there is worth it. They take the time to listen to what you have to say and explain things in a way I can understand. Would highly recommend!
