Just the gas company. Terrible customer service. Pay your bill but don’t expect anything more than gas. If you smell gas call the Corning fire department, seriously. 911.

Very UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY! And the 3rd guy Jimmy was talking about, was DISGUSTINGLY CREEPY! I also believe he DID NOT work for Corning Natural Gas, and if he does, he should be FIRED!
If I could give 0 stars I would. It’s 2017. Almost 2018 and this worthless Gas company is the ONLY company I can’t call and pay my bill!!!! So I drive down to pay it and get told I’m sorry we can’t take a check. Allow me to drive around to get you cash!!! Absolutely disgusted!!! No other choice when its piped directly into your home!!

Great customer service, very helpful and made sure all my needs were met. Great company to get your natural gas from, also the Corning appliance corporation is fantastic, our water heater is through them and they have great customer service and answer all my questions very helpful.
Their budget pay is a trap. I would not suggest using it because when you move out, you get slapped with a huge payment due.
