The security woman handling the door of the emergency room entrance was laughable; frustrating. How an entry level security position was able to control the whole of an ER was maddening. Her fix an authority trumped the need for medical assistance.
My stay at Corona Regional was exceptionally great. All the nurses that attended to me were top notch! In particular Cynthia Feliciano RN, she was my attending nurse during daytime while I was in the PCU. If you’re able to get her as your …
I will preface this by saying that everyone one I came into contact with was amazing, including the Dr who gave me devastating, but false information. Everyone is always so helpful and they really seem to care. I’ve been here many time …
I was extremely nervous to go under surgery but the nurses were amazing they made me feel comfortable. They explained the process really well and made sure I was taken care of and came to check on me often.
What a complete waste of time. I’m sorry, but when you visit an ER reporting a pain level of 10 you’d think you’d be treated and processed with a little urgency —- nope! Not at corona regional. I have never had to wait over an hour to …
I went in on Saturday around 10 am and released by 1:30 am. the doctor was one of the best doctors I have ever worked with I wish I lived in Corona to keep his as my primary doctor. The staff was perfect and kept checking on me. …

If I could give negative stars I would. My grandmother died on the morning of the 12th and we were not notified until late at night on the 14th. The only reason we ever even found out was because we kept calling on the 14th to check on her …
I walked in and was immediately greeted by intake staff. I was in triage almost right away. I did have to wait longer because of my issue needing extensive bloodwork. I was always greeted with a smile, and they were super nice about everything.

I had a great visit at the corona regional ER. I came in with a bad migraine and was in a lot of pain, I was there for about 2 1/2 hours total which I didn’t think was too long. Everyone was nice and helpful and concerned.
Had a pretty rough experience. The morning shift staff were amazing but I went in bc I hit my head and was vomiting. I was shivering and I’m so much pain. Instead of helping with either. They sent me on my way with meds.
Came in with a back injury and the doctor just came and laid his hand on my back I screamed in pain. You would think they would be trained? I couldn’t move and they wanted to send me home so they just gave me another shot of painkiller. Horrible experience! I will do anything not to have to go there again!

This place is awful from top to bottom. I’ve had 2 siblings discharged from this place in the last 11 months for completely different reasons. They both were admitted to ICUs at different hospitals the next day. A terrible For Profit healthcare system that is traded on the stock market and only concerned about making money.
They shrug everyone and everything off. I had an infection after getting my wisdom tooth out and had 103 degree fevers for several days before I ended up passing out and falling. I had to take an ambulance to the ER and instead of helping …

Need I say more? and Check-in girl asleep at front counter behind plastic shield was rude and not trained in customer service. This was on graveyard shift. They should put cameras in and survey lobby for customers and worker related issues.
They have some crazy rules I don’t know if it is because of covid-19 but I am sure a better job could and should be done, the 2 women at the front desk were rude and didn’t have control at all. The nurses that took care of my mother were fantastic

I’ve been to this ER twice. Both times they were compassionate and did what they could to help. It was a forever wait, but all ERs I’ve seen are like that. I appreciated the support they could give and they gave me clear directions to follow afterwards to address my issue.
The wait was too long.. I asked for a breathing treatment the nurse told me I didn’t need one. Well low and behold after the steroid shot I needed the breathing treatment. They only have 1 respatory therapist for the whole hospital.. I …
I woke up in the middle of the night and was in severe pain. I came into the ER Early Sunday. The security and the front desk were so kind and attentive. I only waited about 30 minutes from checking in and in that time I was registered and …

Thank god my father was with me because I was in and out of conciseness… I had my blood taken and not a minute later after that “nurse” walked in another came over trying to do the same thing. Clearly no communication among the staff. Also get the feeling that they just hire anyone.
Me and my wife been to this hospital’s emergency room twice. I’m writing this review sitting in it right now. We’ve been here since 3AM and now it is 8:30AM and still don’t know what’s next. Nobody tell us anything and nobody seems to care. …
My visit to the ER at Corona Regional was the best ER experience I have ever had. The staff and Doctor were very knowledgeable, capable and compassionate. I believe they all worked as a team to insure that all of my needs were met. This group of Health Care workers and housekeeping providers were A+ in my book. Thank you all!

Even though I spent 7 hours there (over 6 hours of which was waiting in the lobby). The staff and nurses were friendly, the doctor was friendly and they were pretty thorough despite not being able to find anything wrong with me.
I recently had my first colonoscopy done here.

The nurses in the maternity ward were seriously amazing!!!!! I felt so taken care of, seen, heard and cared for!!! The best experience, I am truly impressed!
I came to ER with a potentially serious problem. I was trialed after a short wait and was taken to see a Dr. Ultimately, I spent a couple hours there, was told my condition was not “emergent” and to see my regular Dr. Everyone I had contact with was courteous and pleasant to speak with.
This hospital has the most loving nurses and doctors. Was greeted kindly with a smile and was directed where to go with ease. I would recommend this hospital to anyone that lives close by.
The nurse’s are absolutely great, very friendly an always there to help explain things. I had nurse Derry an a lady name Sam. The staff u have in nurse’s are really AMAZING!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Wait time was a little much but there was a lot of people there. The Doctor was very informative about my situation.
Thanks Everyone for helping me through my situation.

Everyone was so great. Treated me well and made me feel very comfortable for my procedure. My pre-op Margie was awesome and took great care of me. I give her 10 stars
Dr Kim was efficient, kind and listened well. He ruled out any significant health threats, gave me reasonable medications and sent me home. Staff were kind and patient. We were there 3 hours, plus… but it is the ER!
The reason for the low rating rests solely with scheduling issues. I tried to schedule my procedures only to be asked leave a message for a call back. Two days later and no call, I tried again. One time was 22 min of the phone continuously …

Kind and compassionate staff. I have high praises for the physician that tended me along with the practitioner- lab, radiology, respiratory therapy, ekg tech, registration clerk, check in personnel, and nursing staff. All were confident and professional.
I was pleasantly surprised with the speed and proficiency I was treated. Everyone from Intake, nurses, doctors, techs, and orderlies, were knowledgeable and professional. Bedside manners were genuinely caring.
Thank you for treating me yesterday.
I went in today on 9/23/22, because I been struggling with a sprained ankle. I been struggling for weeks with this problem and my foot doesn’t seem to get better and it’s been affecting me a lot at work. I came again to get checked because …
The experience was pretty good considering how busy it was. After seeing the doctor with an update after a 2 +hour wait, I was told I would be discharged soon. After waiting 45 minutes for my discharge papers we left. There was no one to ask at the desk. It did seem a little disorganized.
I have never felt so disrespected and dismissed in the 25+years I have occasionally needed your ER. To be treated as an uneducated indigent person!? This year I have been to the ER twice, in June with my adult son, nothing but runaround and …
CRMC took really good care of me. I was seen very quickly, tests were done and the staff communicated what was happened so I wasn’t left wondering. I was allowed to sit with my husband. The staff was kind and friendly. When I got my …
The nursing staff is friendly and they seem to care about their patients. Other than that, I have had horrible treatment here, more than once. My only confidence is with their labor and delivery program and maybe if I needed a few stitches. Otherwise, I am going to Riverside either Parkview or Riverside community.
Unfortunately the excellent service provided by the nursing staff led by our primary nurse Jessica cannot determine this review. Much appreciation to the nursing staff who were impeccable with not only their competency but their empathetic …

I went to the ER due to my abdominal pain I had. Once I went there, I was amazed by the treatment I had received. All the medical members were really kind and generous. Overall, I had been treated well and was really comfortable with their service. I am thankful to everyone who had treated me at my visit!
My dad went to the ED for altered level of consciousness. He was placed in a bed with labs and tests completed fairly quickly for how busy it was. The doctor was great and the nursing staff was awesome. I would recommend this ED
Discharge nurse was extremely unhelpful, this was my first surgery and I’ll never come back to this hospital. The surgery did not turn out the way the dr explained, after surgery the discharge nurse just had me get dressed and handed me my …
Pretty good, however there was excessive waiting time after the doctor indicated that he was preparing a prescription and referral. The front desk had the needed information but did not inform us about it until we went up to them an hour later. We might have waited for who knows how long had we not gone up and asked about this.
Unfortunately with lack of communication my mom was at Corona Regional 2 times. The second time in critical care due to her prescription being written wrong the first time. This nearly cost her, her life. The critical care nurse Lisa was …

The nurses in the outpatient department are AWESOME!! I was squeezed in for an emergency procedure that day and I could tell they were over booked however that never took away from the amazing quality care I received. Thanks ladies for your kindness, hard work and good hearts, you are truly appreciated.
My dad recently needed two emergency surgeries at that hospital. The hospital service and staff were just great. From the doctors to the nurses to the admin team, everyone we dealt with was professional, caring, and skilled. I am grateful that we have this medical center here in Corona.
Wonderful care. All the staff that took xrays and tests were very kind and professional. In my 82 years I have seen many doctors.

I went in for an interview last week for a clinical dietitian position. When I first got the call to establish an interview date, the staff sounded friendly. However, on the date of the interview, the hospital and its staff seemed very …
The security woman handling the door of the emergency room entrance was laughable; frustrating.
If you’re able to get her as your …
Great service,staff was cool headed.
Was able the get my x-rays done in a Expeditiously manner.

Yesterday my family had to call the ambulance to take me to the hospital because I pulled a back muscle after just having major back surgery in November. I arrived at the hospital barely could breath from the pain and Dr.Henderson just …

My father was transferred to the 2nd floor after almost 36 hrs. His nurse Candy in the pcu was amazing. I cant even put into words. Smart, knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly even when she was busy, patient, & absolutely perfect. Never had a nurse like her!!
During this difficult time I believe the hospital can do better on informing a wife on a husband treatment and test results. There should be someone calling or emailing this information on a regular basis. Doctors are busy so I understand …

Didn’t like my recent experience. Nurses seemed to have very little interest in patients. Wait times are ridiculous.

My mother in law was brought to the ED for a syncopal episode secondary to low blood pressure, sore throat, fever, and malaise. All they did was a chest xr and labs. No COVID test, no IV fluids, no CT Head. Nothing. She was discharged. I could have done these things in my backyard. No patient advocacy or care from the staff.

This hospital has the most loving nurses and doctors. Was greeted kindly with a smile and was directed where to go with ease. I would recommend this hospital to anyone that lives close by.

The experience was pretty good considering how busy it was. After seeing the doctor with an update after a 2 +hour wait, I was told I would be discharged soon. After waiting 45 minutes for my discharge papers we left. There was no one to ask at the desk. It did seem a little disorganized.

Pretty good, however there was excessive waiting time after the doctor indicated that he was preparing a prescription and referral. The front desk had the needed information but did not inform us about it until we went up to them an hour later. We might have waited for who knows how long had we not gone up and asked about this.
Environment was chaotic and loud.
While the new ER is large and well equipped the lack of staffing leads to …
